is this a good graphics card?

I want to do a lot of gaming plus i like the video in and out features. It is mainly for gaming though.

There is nothing wrong with the 4200 series cards , most of them will over clock to very fast speeds if you need or want more speed from them.

Also depending on what your CPU is the top end maybe a complete waste of money since all graphics cards are CPU dependant , meaning if you are running say a PIII 1 gig there wont be any difference in this card VS the high end performance wise since the card will be waiting for the CPU to catch up , things start to change in this area around the P4 1.8 area and get better from there.
