Very! I've done business with them about 10 times so far, including:

Last Blade JP NGH
Metal Slug X JP NGH
PSO eps 1+2
BBA for GCN

And various DC games. They are very very good!

Bought a few NeoGeo AES carts there back in the 90's... then I went out to visit my buddy in LA and drove over there, and picked up SamSho4/RBS US...

So yah, they are worthy of your business :p

Their website does not reflect their stock so find out if they actually have it first.

I bought the Japanese version of Chrono Trigger for PlayStation a long time ago and I didn't have any problems.

completely forgot about that... well you can always buy the american version or do the smart thing like everyone here should have done (including myself) and just buy the x-box version.
