Game is complete, and in good condition. It's not perfect--disc one is pretty good, with a few minor marks, discs 2-4 are really nice. Comes with original CD holders (the black ones). Manual is complete, but not perfect.
If you're looking for a mint copy, this one is probably not for you. However, it is in pretty good condition, and everything works 100%. I acquired it off eBay quite awhile ago, and the seller understated the condition a bit..
