Star Wars Episode II (Even tho Nsync is it in)
Spider Man
Blade 2
Rollerball - Just watched the 1975 classic with James Caan last night. Wow. What a film. Since it was made in '75, it was kind of crusty, but the concept behind a game like this is brilliant. I'd play something like this if it were a real sport. Reminds me of the Running Man. There's more than mere violence and sensationalism to this one too.. This flick is also a commentary on individuality and the sensationalism of violence in society. It also provides a phophetic glimpse of the saturation of globalism and the dominance of corporations as a form of government.

I can't wait for the remake of this one. I just pray that the soul and message of the movie doesn't get butchered by hollywood.

heh

the fact that rollerball was set for release last fall but then held back and re-shot doesn't bode well for the film.

Oh no.

If that's the case, you know what that means..

The directors, writers, et al didn't get the message when they saw/read the first film.

Rollerball is going to be a horrible piece of hollywood, MTV-edited-for-small-attention-spans garbage. Just watch the trailers and tell me, with a straight face, that it's going to be good. It's impossible.

As for N 'Sync being in Star Wars Episode II, guess what? They're not anymore due to the internet junkies making a huge (well deserved) fuss. Their scene was cut. But, I still the film is going to be horrible, simply for the fact that George isn't letting go. He didn't like Empire Strikes Back because he felt it was too "dark". Ummm, IT'S THE BEST IN THE SERIES! Wake up! People don't want ewoks or Jar Jar. ...well, maybe the ewoks can stay.

Oh yeah, and Blade 2 is going to rock and so is The Two Towers.

And please, NO MORE HALLOWEENS! Halloween 1 was a classic, Halloween 2 was fun, but every one after that is trash.

Ugh, I'm done.

Blade 2 will be very very cool.
