In retrospect of reading the posts made by Dion at the video game bible forums, along with some things that have been said to me by Dion, I pose the question to all of you:
Should Chris leave Dion?
Before you make your decision, please read through the post entirely.
It is obvious to most people that have been around long enough that Chris is the master behind ALL as in EVERYTHING that has anything to do with the technical aspect of NGF.
Point taken : Chris has all the "know-how"
The mystical origin of the "Correcting of the Stripes" was not by Chris. Dion is the soul responsible for the idea, and presenting it to Chris. Granted Chris didn't have to go along with it, but this "correcting stripes" idea is Dion's.
Point taken: Dion is responsible for the idea of the "enhanced inserts"
The "talking down" to customers is rarely seen on Chris's side (until recently). However on Dion's side, the proffesional conversation is NEVER experienced.
Point taken: Dion is a bad influence on Chris, and Chris only uses the same argument defences that Dion does. "The blind fury"
The NGF website www.ngfusa.com is completely created by Chris.
Point taken: Chris doesn't need Dion for webservice.
The warranty sticker issue, I am not sure about, but I would bet $plenty that it was Dion's idea.
Come to think of it, most deals that have gone wrong due to shipping problems, the wrong item, customer service, ect... have mostly been on Dion's side of the transactions....
Point taken: Chris's reputation seems to be based on a lot of what Dion does.
Also, I am pretty sure that NGF doesn't keep every single record of every single transaction that takes place. If GamersAbyys does decided to follow through with his persectution, there is something to go on there. How can the be paying out taxes if they don't even have records of every transaction that takes place?
They could easily say that they never sold half the stuff that they have been but the end up fucking themselves. HOW? Because each cart that they have sold contains something. Something most carts don't. It would be easily presentable. It reads something like this, printed on a little sticker aparant throught the game, insert and manual:
"Distributed by NGF-USA <A HREF="http://www.ngfusa.com"" TARGET=_blank>www.ngfusa.com"</A>
SO CAST YOUR VOTES!!
I think that NGF HAD the potential to be a kick ass company. There might be a shred of potential left but who knows....I've seen stranger things come to pass..
