I know people always complain about bad deals on ebay, but I just picked up a Yaroze Playstation, complete in box, shipped to the US from Signapore for $405. These things are mad rare these days, especially for under $1000

This mean I can expect some PSX games from you sometime soon?

Hehe, I doubt that I'll be able to do that. To have access to all the documentation and online libraries, you need to have gotten an account before they closed the Yaroze program. Even if the seller gives me his account info, it might be all Japanese if this is the Japanese Yaroze. I'll find out when it arrives.

Basically its a PS dev kit, which was produced in extremely limited quantities, they are black in color from the shots I saw.

Looks like a standard ps.

I'll put up some pics as soon as I get it. I've already got an official debugging station that is blue in color. IMO, you can't beat a debug station or a yaroze when it comes to playing imports. I really don't like the idea of soldering in a new chip.
