how long would you wait before fileing mail fraud charges against someone who sent you a shit product then says he will send a replacement.

I also forgot to mention the shit product was from a board member

I'm kinda in your same spot. I got a bad disc of Mortal Kombat Trilogy and he agreed if I sent it back he'd send me a controller in return. It's too early to say anything, but it kinda pissed me off as I was looking forward to having MKT in the library.
