What is the arcade equivalant of Bust-A-Move 99 ?

I have Bust-A-Move 99 for the Nintendo 64 and its quite fun it . In this installment Bub and Bob fight against a multitude of Arcade character parodies from fighting games , strip mahjong , etc .

I am guessing its probably on the F3 but I would like to know the title .
