Resident Evil 3 wasnt good, worst of the bunch.

I love RE3. In fact, it's my favorite RE game. It easily has the best weapons, the best control, and the best enemy of any RE.
What other games would I recommend? Start with Valkyrie Profile. Don't forget Castlevania Symphony of the Night. Final Fantasy Tactics is an amazing strategy/RPG.

I don't know much about psx games, but Rogue Trip 2010 was good. Like twisted metal, but more in depth (kinda like a cross between counterstike and twisted metal... you get money for kills, which upgrades weapons). Very cheap at game stores as well (5-7$)... which is good because you can hook up two systems and play 4 player.
Rally Cross 2 is fun as well (it gets a few bonus points because it has a map maker... adds lots of replay value in my eyes)

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis is a stupid fan service cash-in and this is reflected in the overall production values and the shoddy way the plot was fit "around" Resident Evil 2 (great idea, stupid execution that adds nothing but more continuity errors to the overall plot). It's also much shorter than its predecessor. If you love the Resident Evil series get it. If you're into horror/adventure games in general skip it. Also note that it was released on the Dreamcast and PC, and will also be released for the Gamecube. Some minor improvements/unlocked things exist in these versions, nothing groundbreaking.
