Add this motherfucker to your list: teckeyisme

Get this shit, I buy an arcade pcb, and receive it nonworking. Then he pulls that all sales final shit. Paypal won't do fuck about it. He already left me possitive, but threatened if I left him a neg he'd get me suspended. I left him a neg... he puts a response in my feedback saying it's now a negative, and that I lied... something about him leaving neg feedback... but he was trying to mislead people. Confusing... but he's just an asshole.

He should be killed. No if ands or buts. He should be killed. Not because of trying to switch my possitive to negative, but because he lied. I believe anyone who lies should be killed... what the fuck is the point in being able to talk if you are going to bastardize the ability to communicate.

Guess I should go check to see what he responded in his feedback.

Motherfucker. He said I extorted money from others. That's insane. He should be killed. I'm not going to have people lie about shit... I'll start a new account I guess... change my internet name or whatever. That's just disgusting. I don't give a shit if only one person will see that. That's disgusting.

Thinking... hmmm... what's my new name going to be?

sorry to hear of your trouble and this guy sounds like an ass

but......

he did say that the pcb was untested and sold as is

if i wanted that i wouldnt have bidded on that specific one i would have waited until somebody told me once was mint or at least working <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />

edit: but one of the picture in this auction show a screenshot of golden axe 2 - so personally to me that should be a photo of that pcb working

Exactly. And I emailed him too... he said it was working.

The problem was, he shipped it in styrofoam. It got zapped. Why people ship static sensative products with styofoam is a mystery. I've had 3 boards ruined this way.

It would have been cool if he shipped it in bubble wrap or paper or something, and then it got ruined... because he took an actual precausion with the item. But he didn't. You can't just say "Sold as is" and pack it in urine.

My initial purpose for starting this thread a week ago was to list the names of people like dion, buyrite and whathaveyou.

Funny how I wasn't a bad buyer until I left him a negative... prick.

And people need to learn shit about feedback. Every once in a while... shit will happen that MAY be out of your control. You send packages with the post office... it could sink with the ship you send it on, or burn in the mail truck that ran into a gas pump. And you'd expect the buyer to give you possitive feedback? No. Shit will happen... negative feedback should only matter if you have a string of them... then the buyer knows to steer clear. Sounds like this guy has a guilty conscience.

write to Ebay and explain why the comment this guy left should be removed, and his account suspended. He's guilty of extortion, not you.

Feedback is one of the worst parts of Ebay.

Also make a claim through Ebay and see if they will refund you any of the money, as you did recieve a broken piece of electronics - false advertising.

totally agree with everything you said

so far i believe i have been very lucky with ebay - all the bad transactions i have had have been within neo.com with fecking certain dodgy members

go with wasabi - e-mail ebay and ask them to look into it
