Yeah, it would have been sweet, but Playstation still would have killed it... Sega and 3DO had better hardware, but all the developers jumped ship for Sony... We would have seen a few good games then poof anyway :( I love 3DO, the old one still has the best versions of Road Rash and Need for Speed. Plus, I think I am the only one that feels this way, but I think Crash in Burn was one of the best games on the system, I would love to see that updated and brought out for Xbox or PS2 (Doesn't seem like a GC title to me, but ahhh, bring it on, I just want to see it)... hehe, but is Crystal Dynamics even around anymore?

yeah crash and burn was one of my favorites. I have the most 3do stuff out of all my videogames. I missed out on buying an M2 for $500. The prototypes and games DO! exist. You just have to find insiders that were at 3do or matsushita to get one these days.

daisy chain controllers was awesome as well...

i agree. XBOX needs to change a few things before it will get anywhere. The success of a system depends on JAPAN.

If I'm not mistaken, the 3DO also had the best port of Samurai Shodown.

It's too bad they didn't even try to bring out the M2, because it seemed to have some good shit in it.

I was eagerly awaiting the M2 Bulldog.

I was pretty bumed when It got canned.

My favorite 3DO title has got to be Twisted, that was a great multiplayer game.

I still play Road Rash on occasion { definitly the best version } I too think it had the best port of Samsho as well.

Return Fire was another awesome title especially with the maps of death CD.

Any one here ever see the hidden movie clip on the Game Guru CD ?

Its pretty cool to checkout if you havent seen it.
