Has anyone ever seen this film and if so what did you think! We have on tape somewhere but its lost at the moment and its such a cool cute wicked film! Not many people have seen it though im wondering who here has seen it?

Its about a little gnome called gnrom but in his language the g is no silent. He comes up to earth (upworld) to find the light that he needs. I cant remember much about it but he is helped out by a detective dude and its funny. A really good watch
