Of course there is Guilty Gear X, which looks much better than the PS2 version with a little help from a VGA box. The Street Fighter III games, undoubtedly. Also Tech Romancer, a much overlooked 3D fighter from CAPCOM which is a lot of fun in Two Player mode.

My money goes to Last Blade II (Import Version) and Garou: Mark Of The Wolves (Import or Domestic). You know CAPCOM will release some sort of SFIII compilation on one of the newer consoles, but what are the odds of two of SNK's best games getting ported again? Get them while you can, boys and girls, I suspect these will be tough to find in the future.

Excuse me now, I have a couple of extra copies of Garou for DC to go pick up. I want to lay in my store of trading swag while I can still get it for $25.00 a copy.

Believe it or not, DOA2 is completely gone from retail channels and may go up a bit too, although having it already ported to PS2 and XBox may reduce that a bit. Soul Calibur is one of the best fighting games for any new console, but of course was made in massive quantities and probably won't ramp up in price much.

Of course I may be wrong about Soul Calibur . . .

Well that's Ebay for you!! Otherwise I agree that MOTW (import or domestic) and LB2 (import only) will probably increase quite a bit in value. And don't forget the spazzfest, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, which now consistently sells in the $50 range on Ebay. Hard to believe . . .

They aren't fighters, but based on their ultra-low print runs, Bangai-O and Record Of Lodoss War will end up commanding top dollar. Bet on it!

Soul Caliber is still readily available brand new for $30. Some ebay buyers are totally clueless. Do a little legwork and save yourself some cash already. Like these auctions I see for Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2 ending in the $40-$50 range. I just picked up 5 new copies at Software Etc. for $30 each, along with a Bangai-O and Lodoss War for $20 a pop.

I plan to sell them at cost a year or two from now to some Joe Average gamers just to chap the ass of "collectors" who paid ridiculous amounts for them

Marvel vs Capcom 2: New Age of Scrubs
Last Blade 2: Final Edition (Import)
SFIII:3rd Strike - Last I looked on Capcoms site, this is the only game they are not offering for $20. And all of their other DC games are $20 if bought from their site. I don't see it too much in the store anymore either.

Mark of the Wolves is iffy. I see tons of them @ Best Buy.

Power Stone 2
Tech Romancer
Capcom vs SNK 2
Project Justice

Lets not forget Vampire Chronicle. Especially as it looks likely it'll be the last Vampire game ever
