I finally got the ethernet adapter and started playing this game. It's pretty fun... but I've never played an FPS online before and man do I suck :( . I find it really hard to distinguish the bad guys from the good guys.... and by the time I do it's too late.


Anybody want to get together and play with a newbz like me :( ?

Yeah, let's organize an n-g.com fragathon :) . Who else is in? Hey, can we set up our own game and lock it out so only people with a password can get it in?

My experience with Socom so far:

*Bunch of little kids on the headset*- "Shut the f**k up mother fu**er." "No you shut the f**k up!" "No, you're a mother fu*cker!"

I just take the headset off when I play now :( .

Same game -- "Shooter Joe (that's my screen name), nice shot retard!". *Everyone votes Shooter Joe off*

Yeah, I suck at the game... but I don't shoot my teammates and I usually get 1 or 2 kills a game. Still, I got voted off by a bunch of pre-teens who just learned the F word :( .

I'm supposed to be having fun, right?

Come on guys! Let's organize a game for tonight at 8pm EST. How's that sound? Somebody open up a room on the East server and call that room Neo Geo with a password Samurai (with a capital S). Respond here!
