I have a Gamecube too, a black one and I'm happy as hell. The only thing is that the lineup isn't the most spectacular. I have Smash Brothers and soon will get Rogue Leader and Luigi's mansion and maybe Super Monkey ball. I love the controller to death too. Yes Gamecube a few nice games but I just wish the launch lineup was as good as the Dreamcast's, Oh well Smash bros will last me a long time for sure!!! GO NINTENDO!!!

Got it, the launch games are awesome, Smash, monkey ball, Luigi, Rogue leader. But there isnt' much in the future. Not immediately anyway.

Plus $35 a controller, that hurts man. Mega ouch.

Kinda pissed that the B button sucks ass on the controller pressed hard enough it will stay down and be ultra sensitive when touched.

Man I got ahold of a NGC, and the disk drive was busted. So I got Luigi's mansion sitting next to my neo good mocking me. Gotta replace it quick, and magically everyone is sold out.

I modded my NGC, but I really want the gameQube... I don't want to sell my modded NGC, but I want to buy the GameQube... you see my dillema.

I agree, Soul Calibur, Metroid, Resident Evil 1... There's some good stuff to come...

It's not here yet, in my opinion.

Seriously, I'm not a huge nintendo fan. I like the best stuff a console has to offer.

This is usually anything from Treasure, in my experience.

The best Zelda has got to be a link to the past.
The snes was my fav Nintendo system, maybe the Gamecube can take its place.
Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, you could not ask for better RPG's/action RPG's.

yeah, I have a SNES, with Mario Kart, Chrono Trigger and Seiken Densetsu 3. It's the best. I agree, wholeheartedly, A Link to the Past was the best Zelda game.

I don't know if the NGC can surpass it. Nintendo is too 3D minded, not game minded. They just want to compete, not make games.

It's okay though. That's what 3rd parties are for.

Not Nintendo on the whole though, look at Miyamoto, he is a master mind, and I did enjoy the Zelda's on the 64.

The quality is still there, and thats whats important IMO.
Miyamoto is getting up in the years though, and its going to be murder to replace him when the time comes...

Nintendo has a lot more than Miyamoto you know. Miyamoto is a figure head. Like Bill Gates kind of. Neither really does anything except collect checks now. When Miyamoto dies, of course the stock in Nintendo will go down (yeah, NoJ is publicly traded). I bet the president, if still alive, would take the momentum to buy back a shitload of nintendo stock. The president is the scary one, IMO. He's the reason nintendo entered a dark ages from 1996~2000.
