PSO v.1 crap cant play online :(

See I have PSO v.1 right, but I got it used and now i cant play online cause of the serial number crap... is there ANYTHING i can do to get it to work online other than buying a new copy.. if they still sell it?

What you can do is to call Sega's number and ask them to reset your serial number for you in PSO. The number should be in the manual.

Are the PSO ver. 1 servers still up? I thought Sega took down them down.

aww crap they did? they better not have!! well me and justin tried that and they tried to make us call this mad longdistance california number from here in jersey so we were like whatever, thanks though.

The servers are still up, but there are only 4 US ships, now. That's not really that big of a deal, because a lot of the time, you'd have PSO ships that were completely empty. Yeah, you're gonna have to ask them to reset your serial number. No other option, except for buying a new copy.

If case you'd like a free, fast ISP that works with DC, go to <a href="http://dcnet.hypermart.net/" target="_blank">Sega Line</a>and register for their forums. They can make you a Juno ISP and get you your serial number, or you can just choose an ISP off of a list.
