Nice day at the market

Another fine day for me at the stockmarket. Since i've done alot research and redesigned my trading scheme i've done quite well if i can egotripp abit <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

Since i've started 13th Dec with this i've made and apx. +90% increase of my portfoliovalue. +6% just today <IMG SRC="smilies/loco.gif" border="0">

Maybe not much for some of you but i think it's nice to finally get something out of it for my over 2years of losses on the market before.

Anyone else into the stockmarket?

Ummm sounds pretty boring to me so i would just prefer to sit at home and play the comp <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Sounds like you finally got a nice return. I'm not invested in stocks, but I sometimes follow them and flirt with the idea. I think ChainsawYak and a few other people here trade for a living.

I trade on the stock market for a living. Today was a spectacular day as rumors of bankruptcy on HAL propelled it downward and I covered my short position at 9 (from 13.5). I made a cool $15k on that trade. BUT, my ALOY short positions are underwater and I'm waiting for 24-25 before I add another 1-2k shares...

I also have a portfolio of 8 piece-of-crap stocks that were all driven down during the end of 2001 that I bought an ass-load of and I'm up 40% on average for the whole lot. I will be selling around the week of Jan 15 as historically, that's the high point for the January effect.
