I like that video, but that V-dub is having an identity crisis. It's got Audi S4 wheels!

And here I was, thinking that this thread might be about one of the handiest kitchen appliances in the history of Man; that being, of course, a nice <a href="http://www.quickspice.com/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/scstore/cookware-ricecooker-10cup-zojirushi-ns-jcc18.shtml?L+scstore+gwnj3395+1036440283" target="_blank">Rice Cooker</a>.

From <a href="http://www.brunching.com/kitchen.html" target="_blank">The Brunching Shuttlecocks</a>:

Rice Cooker
The amazing thing about rice is that not only is it easy to screw up, but you can screw it up in so many ways at once. I've made rice that was simultaneously burnt, undercooked, dry, sticky, and crunchy. So in a purely practical sense this one wins big. Even with the ass ones, you stick in rice and you get out cooked rice, not Hall of Starchy Horrors. B+

-Deuce (Rice cookers are far more useful than riceburners ;P)

That Flash movie was kinda dumb , if you ask me...

Maybe I just don't get it...
I see just as much riced Civics as I see "riced" Golfs ( VR6 or otherwise) , always driven by somebody who can't drive manual ( which they always are <img src="graemlins/annoyed.gif" border="0" alt="[Annoyed]" /> ).
A good press on the good ol' right pedal on my beaten up Oldsmobile ( complete with the following mods : worn engine mounts, worn transaxles and crappy suspension ) and they fall behind , just to blow by me when I reach the speed limit ( I'm not stupid to get a ticket ). Good luck buddy, you're going to need it when the cop stops you for speeding.

Bottom line : Rice or no rice, they're all posers.

How about NASCAR racing cars? Don't they look awful as well with all the logo on their cars?

Should we call them "American ricer" cars also?
:D

I don't give a shi* about what other people's car look like. It's their car.

Its some funny shit.

I know that some people have "riced out" V-dubs as well, but in Chicago you see lots of really ugly super cheesy "ricers".

I'm not at all againts nicely done Hondas. I good friend of mine has a really sharp 2 door hatchback civic and he can smoke my Jetta anyday.

I guess you caould also say that more people own civics and such as oppose to Golfs or Jettas. So I guess thats why I see so many ugly Hondas with parts bought from PEP BOYS!! LOL!!

Nice! Those Corrados can be WICKED fast. I hope you have a second car for when the thing is in need of repairs! Those Corrados don't have the best reliability
