You need to go up the ramp you start off on (so 180 at the start), and grind on the top part of the mast. You should automatically grind along the long metal wire over the pool area and reach the top of the big red thing. Use the half pipe on the top of this to get enough air and reach the hidden tape.
The trick is to go up the ramp at a slight angle, otherwise you'll just end up doing a lip trick instead of a grind. Getting enough speed is the other trick..
