I won an auction in 9/30 and received my game early this week.

I and seller had already left feedback to each other.

Today I tried to play the game on my Duo and it didn't work. All I got was white screen.

I tried to clean the game and play but still no work.

What should I do? I sent email to seller about this problem and do you think I can get a replacement for my game?

Doh!

You should never leave feedback before playing the game. I'm sure this is the last thing you want to hear though.

Try emailing him again?

Probably should have tested the game before leaving feedback. Since you are only now discovering the issue, it is entirely up to the seller to determine how he wants to proceed. You lost all leverage by already saying that everything was okay.

Still, there are a lot of honest people out there, so it truly depends on what he says in his email. I'd certainly look for a replacement before asking for a refund. Generally speaking that shows to a seller that you are actual interested in the product and not scamming the seller out the money you already paid him.

Good Luck.

I should play the game right after I received the game.

Well, the seller is well-known for selling import games and I have dealt with him couple times.....

Let me see if he's willing to work out this deal........ :(

Or may I report to Paypal if seller is unwilling to solve the problem??????

Hey Snake, yeah good luck. You definitely should play/test any game you recieve before proceeding with feedback. No matter how honest the seller is or how good his reputation. All you need do is pop the game in, surf around for 3 minutes.

Be sure to be cool when emailing him... no need to provoke anyone or get hot. Keep your cool, hope he's an honest man and you oughta be lucky enough to rectify this situation...

THe fact that you've bought from him at least a few times should help out quite a bit.

I had some troubles with my PGM board a while back when I bought it, and the seller was pretty good about letting me exchange it. The cart connectors did not even grip the boards.

But everything got resolved quickly.

Guys, thanks for the advise. :)

Now I learn my lesson.

I will see if the seller will exchange another copy for me.

The reason why I didn't test the game right away is because I put my Duo back into box..... :(
