showdown 2 special ending

I have beaten shodown 2 on hard level no continues years back now with earthquake and got the characters al presenting themselves in the credit ending but i read in a magazine that if you beat kuroko then you get a extra special ending and i only ever fought him twice and lost both times so is there another ending out there, also on the neo geo cd there is a track with soiund of horses and so forth yet i defeated the game with all players and never came across those sound effects so where do they come into it?
it would be nice to finally know.

I don't know about the Neo Geo CD version. But on the MVS version, even if you beat Kuroko and beat the game on level 8 with no continues, or even losing a round for that matter, there is nothing special added to the ending, which you haven't already seen.

There is nothing special if you beat Kuroko without continuing. I gave it a try, and alas, nothing extra.
