They sell a 39.99$ Japanese RGB cable at my store; so i know they exist. And it is a Nintendo Product

cool, $30 is not that bad, but $40 that's pushing it, i can get some moster cables for that, much, do any of you guys know if it makes a huge diference over the Svideo cable? it did on my xbox, but i don't know about the cube.

I don't really see a big difference, but yeah component is supposed to be better than s video.

Bad thing is that component only allows you to play games, not dvds (in the case of a q).

Its on the GameCube box, you can order it from them, it's a 1-800 number, avaible through Nintendo only

From what MY eyes can tell, there's no more color bleeding, it's perfect. In 3D games, the edges are still pixelated, but only a LITTLE bit. I'll say one level below VGA box quality.

Part of the reason they're scarce is you can make a VGA cable out of them with a resistor, the correct end, and a couple lenghts of wire. Probably about $4 worth of parts from Radio shack.

You can make a VGA cable out of a D-Link cable with just the resistor and connector.
