A little more than a year ago, I sent in some of my video game collection to thegametrader.com for online store credit. After about two or so months of hearing absolutely nothing, I e-mailed them several times and they finally replied with my online trade credit number which is worth $720. Anyway, I placed an order with them online using my store credit about eight months ago and I still haven't heard a thing. I've e-mailed them dozens of times, but to no response. I even called them about four months ago to address my problem and they said that they would take care of it. But again, no response. And to top it all off, I misplaced my order confirmation number, but I still have my trade credit number. What should I do?

Edit-I Meant to type thegametrader.com, not videogamedepot.com.

Get on the phone and get this cleared up now. Don't do it through email as they will likely not respond to you.
