I'm thinking about ordering some Japanese AES home carts from them and just wanted to know if anyone here had used them before? Also, since they don't say, do all of their carts come with their original instruction manual and case?

I've ordered from them before. Let me warn you, though: the carts sell out very quickly, and there's no way of knowing whether they're available or sold out. E-mail them before you order something. Also, unless otherwise noted, yes, all of the Neo-Geo games sold on goldenshop.com.hk come with their original instruction manuals and cases. Better hurry. Here's the link:

I called them last week on a brand new AES console and some games. Some of the price are not updated and more expensive than listed.

After that I did not buy, I don't understanding what they are talking in English and my Cantonese damn bad.

But better play safe and pay by Visa..at least if anything goes wrong, can alway do a chargeback

Well, I think they're a top company. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

I got my brand new AES from there and with shipping it cost me about 220 notes. <IMG SRC="smilies/glee.gif" border="0">

It was also the last new AES they had <IMG SRC="smilies/glee.gif" border="0">

My only complaint is that they took out the original SNK Jap psu and replaced it with a UK (3rd party) adaptor. A real nasty one too (I've since thrown it in the bin).
I can understand why they did this - to be helpful as I can't plug a Jap psu into a UK socket and the voltages are different. But i wish they'd asked me first - I do have step down transformers I could have used.

Sunsequently I got a new PSU off Shawn. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Ronald is very helpful tho and always quickly replies to e-mails. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I have visited their website and contacted them about several different games. They are very quick to respond which is good but unfortunately they never have what I inquire about, even though it is listed on the site. I wish they would update their website so as not to advertise products for sale that they do not have.

I just recieved a order I placed with them for the Ironclad NGCD and DDR 2nd mix for dreamcast.

I emailed them with a list of stuff I wanted, they told me what they had in stock and then sent me they total with a link to thier site that takes credit cards. I sent them the money and got the cds today. took about 15 days to get to me from the order. I shipped EMS, Shipping was $14.

no complaints everything came as described.
