Japanese vs American MVS

Okay, I know that the American AES system has more censorship compared to the Japanese AES. But does the American MVS have more censorship than the Japanese MVS?

If so, that would be based on the system, not the cart, correct?

Put simply, no it does not.

Yeah, on KOF2k if you play it on a US MVS board Mai's breasts don't have their natural "buoyancy" (ie. they don't bounce).

On the Japanese MVS they bounce all over just like normal.

But this varies from game to game, and you can set most of the options for censorship (blood/no blood, etc). But in KOF2k it's censored.
