How do I do a "charge back"?

I have heard several people mentioning charge backs before. I think I got screwed on an auction for a sega genesis. Almost 4 weeks, no system, no emails. Also can I do a charge back if I paid with a checking account card with the visa logo? You know, that kind that works like a credit card, but draws funds from your checking account? Thanks.

Call your bank (whoever issued the card) and tell them exactly what happened, and exactly what you want to do. That's what they're there for.

Banks don't fuq around when it comes to credit card fraud.
