I have it. It's not a DVD video, but a piece of PS2 software... it's packed to the brim with info and videos about the process of making the game. Besides all of that, you can view player, enemy, NPC, mech and location models and move around them at will... view a bunch of unused concepts (they were considering cel shading, at one point, for instance), listen to every variation of every music track in the game, read the complete script, see concept art, view all of the trailers, etc. You can also view every cinema in the game, freeze-frame and frame advance, and move the camera around at will in any of them (very neat).
Oh yes, and as an additional bonus, they also give you a sampling of five VR Missions from the forthcoming MGS2: Substance. All in all, a pretty darn fine package for $20, particularly when you consider that a few years ago, this sort of thing would have never been seen outside of Japan before. Definitely worthwhile if you like MGS2 and are at all curious about the work that went into it.
