Ericson 1228D Cell Phone: Is anyone cell phone savvy?

I've been searching forever for a way to change the "Home A-Tag1".

I've found a way to get to the point where I'm supposed to change it, but nothing happens. This is what my screen has:

Home A-Tag1
ROGERS AT&T
(LOCKED)

My sister has the A1228Di, and her's doesn't have the (LOCKED) thingy on the bottom!

Can anyone help me out? Also...my reception really sucks...any way to change anything to make it sound better?

i think that (LOCKED) means that you have Keyguard on.

either that, or you need to get the phone code to open it up. contact the dealer you got it/stole it from. then again, if you stole it.. might not be a good idea to contact them. right?
