my god i never until now realised how much shipping fucking cost from the states to australia. at least 28Us dollars to ship three DC games from VGD. thats almost as much as the games i want fer chrissakes.

Well, you have to factor in all the stops and different carriers that ultimately are responsible for getting your package from point A to point B.

IT's not just one carrier that will see the delivery through from beginning to end, and because of that, the costs begin to soar. Plus, you're in Australia...so deliveries must be made by air or ship. Fuel costs are also high these days, so shipping companies must account for that as well.

I did EMS from Hong Kong to the USA for my Ghost Pilots game and it cost $20. Is the price high just for one Neo Geo game? Of course, but it beats waiting 3 months for it to arrive by surface mail or spending over $1,000 to fly to Hong Kong to buy the game myself.

It's $12.00 to have a CD case games shipped from Japan and $22.00 for a AES game.
