After watching episode I, I knew Lucas doesn't have it anymore. After watching episode I and II a few more times, I grew it like them more, but still, they can't ever be compared to the original.

I will watch episode III with very little expectation, if it sucks, oh well. It won't diminish my enjoyment of the original trilogy.

STAR WARS went from "Suck" to "Blow" between episodes 1 & 2... Part III is going to be the Gag and Puke. Lucas needs to head for a retirement home. He once had the fire... the heart of a Guerrilla... the vision of a champion. He told stories that entertained and we're pleasing to the eye. Then he got a bump on the head and awoke to everything looking like a video game. *He should've stayed with the old super detailed miniture/models and SFX he had back in the day. Sometimes "newer and more tech" does not equate "Better".

I remember reading in one of those STAR WARS magazines after Part II came out, that Part III would be a lot darker and bordering on 3 hours long if not 3 hours long??? I say, "yeah right Lucas... Eat a dick!" Ain't no way he can un cluster fuck the shit that is parts 1 and 2 compared to the greatness of his youthful days when parts 4-6 were made. It's over. But like all good things... the end is just part of the pattern.

Episode III will have to be dark. You know, we've still to see Anakin turn to the darkside and all the Jedi slaughtered. My only worry is that Lucas will try to offset this with loads of cutsey crap oh_no

I am not even going to watch III. I'm going to wait for episodes 7 8 and 9.

Personally, I would love to see that Episode III is just George Lucas making cash-register sounds for 2 hours (cha-ching, ca-ching, cha-ching, etc).

What's more annoying is that I don't remember the word "Sith" popping up in any dialogue in the original trilogy (and no, I do not consider novels, action figure boxes, or comics to be an acceptable part of the first three movies).

And thats why the new movies suck. They try to fit all that "mythology" from the books that really had nothing to do with the movie, into the movie.

He needs to stop hanging out with speilburg. They are ruining their movies.

Of course, the other rumor is that Episode III will be called "An Empire Divided." See if you can guess what recent development led some fools to believe that.

The best thing about the earlier Star Wars was how well each stood on it's own. You didn't have to really see them all to enjoy one or two or them. Of course it was always best that way. The problem with the newer ones is that you can't do that. When you watch them together they seem better, but watching them alone is pretty shitty. They just don't feel solid enough on their own. Revenge of the Sith may just be a working title, then again it could be the actual thing and meant to be a throw back to Return of the Jedi. Everyone knows what has to happen in Episode III. It's going to be hard to fuck it up when you have had the history going so much. A lot of stuff that we already know has to happen will, so I don't see much room for filler crap, but god only knows he will find away. I have hope for Episode III, though not high hopes. I'll leave those for Indy IV.

Just watched Episode 2 yesterday...thankfully I only saw the last 45 minutes. In other words, the only GOOD part of the movie.

God what a terrible Director.
