Bwahahahaha.

No offense to the guy, but he probably should have known better. I'm guessing the seller had low or 0 feedback and that the wording on the ad was shady enough that moset sensible people would stay clear.

If a deal looks too good to be true it probably is.

There were tons of those happening with Game Cube, and XBox and they went through as far as I know too. I saw them get removed, but technically they were illegal especially the ones that said stuff like "You are getting only a PICTURE of the Game Cube, not the actual system". Yet, somebody still payed over $200 for it after it had a million warnings like that (it was posted here about a month or two ago). This one was really sneaky, yet legal at the same time. I actually feel bad for this person since he wasn't being stupid like some other people.
