I've seen some Yu-Gi-Oh here and there, and I've noticed some weird stuff in it that seems to relate to KOF.
--The whole "Yami" thing with the Millennium items seems sort of like the Orochi New Faces Team or maybe a Riot of the Blood.
--Some of the duelers seem to be like KOF characters.
----Busty duelist named Mai. Coincidence? I think not.
----Bandit Keith Howard. 1) He looks almost like Billy Kane with longer hair and a different bandanna. 2) The kana for his name would probably be like "Ki-su Ho-wa-do," which is almost the same as Geese Howard.
----Pegasus J. Crawford (Maximillian Pegasus) seems like Rugal a bit, especially with the eye and the wine. Anyone think Rugal's into comics? ^_-
--Shadi could be either some sort of Chizuru/Goenitz blend, keeping watch over the Millennium Items but dealing them to those who are deemed worthy.
--Maybe the Yugi/Pegasus thing could be a sort of Terry/Geese thing, with Joey and Tristen being Andy and Joe?
