how do you play imports on a playstation

Two ways:
1) get moded. My US PS is the only moded console and it still runs well.
2) get gold finger. you still need to do the swap method though (swap method will not work in the newer PS model, therefore you'll need to use both gold finger plus swap method)

Ii dont have a lot of PS one imports, so I used the goldfinger method.
It act as a Gameshark as well. And you can view movie files as well. Very cool little gadget. I bought mine from NCS and the even included the little spring for the lid. AND instructions.
