help with avatar

Well, ive been on this forum for a long time, and ive never taken the time to do myself an avatar. now, would someone help me out here. I would like a pic of venom to be my avatar. How do i go about to doing this? if u dont know who he is, heres a good one

or, hobgoblin , either one would be nice.

I love venom, hes cool, ok heres what you do, you make sure the pic is only 64 x 64 in pixels then you send it to shawn and he uploads it for you to a custom file, then from there you go to your profile and update it there, it might take a couple of days as shawn gets lots of emails, if you cant get it down to that size you can send it to my friend evasyar who is an expert at that type of stuff, just look for his name in members list and send it to him and he will send it back to you all done then you can send it to Shawn <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">he did my Jason one.
