How do I get rid of the setting to make the start menu "shrink" and only show recently used programs? It's getting really annoying.

Start > Settings > Taskbar & Start Menu > check the "use personalized menus" box.

Thanks.

One more question, I'm trying to organize my start menu, but whenever I try to in Windows Explorer, only a few of the folders are showing up along with a few programs. How do I fix this?

If you go to C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Start Menu you should have all of YOUR personal programs from the start menu there. You would also need to go to the All Users folder and change the start menu in there as well.

You can also right click the start button in the corner, and left click on explore. This takes you to YOUR personal start menu. When you right click, you can also choose to explore All Users as well. It's a bit easier than browsing to it.
