I won an auction for a Famicom System recently. The seller has excellent feedback (no negs, 60+ positives).

I also ordered a game from him at the same time (non ebay), so my total was about $135.00.

The day I sent payment was september 20th.

I've since received the system, and game, but they don't seem to work. I even took it to a local video game store, and they agreed something was broken.

I've emailed the seller a few times since the transaction, and he has been super responsive until friday night when I told him I wanted a new one shipped to me or my money back.

I haven't heard anything yet. What are my options? Should I do a chargeback? Should I wait a few more days? What do you guys think? What kinda time frame do I have to do a chargeback?

I know earlier he wanted to claim the package with UPS. If he does that am I required to wait for my refund until he gets his claim? What about if he starts promising to send me a new system?

What do you guys think? Help me out!
Thanks!
