Methods for shipping cabinets and cost?

I never bought a arcade cabinet over the net before and i was wondering what methods has anyone used to ship such a thing. Also, what do you feel is the best/cheapest method for doing so?

Hmm I sold a cabinet and shipping was brutal. Best bet is to contact a moving company, mabey you can weasle the cab on someone elses load...

Yellow Freight is how mine was sent, cost around 150-200 bucks
