What do I need in order to play the DC online? Once I got the stuff, how do I connect? Do I need something like an account or what?

Please, help me step by step!

Thank you! :)

Some games are pay to play...

Others aren't...

What exactly are you trying to get online with?

Well if you're broadband you'll need a broadband adaptor. If not...

You need an ISP that is compatible with DC. AOL and some others don't work.I don't know which ones. Sorry.

All I know is that Earthlink and AT&T Worldnet work. I connect with Earthlink, although I don't have an Earthlink account. Just find a friend who has an account and use their email address if they'll let you. It comes to no extra charge for them and you can be online with DC and they can be online on their comp at the same time.

It's easy to set up. Just plug the phone line into the back of your DC, put the Internet Browser disc in you r system, and fill out the required fields.

If you do it right, you'll be able to surf the web with your DC or play PSO or whatever. You'll also be able to play ChuChu Rocket online, if you can ever find someone to play against! If I'm not mistaken, Sega have also made the last few months of SegaNet only games free to play online, so for now at least, you should be able to play Bomberman Online or the sports titles etc online for free. Enjoy it while you can.

Hope I helped a little.

I have a DSL connection... but it's made with an Italian company (of course) and I can access it when turning on my computer (again, of course). So, when I connect my DC to the broadband adapter and then to the phone line and I put the cd into the DC... who do I call? And how?

If you want to use your DSL, you will have to get the Broadband Adapter. If it uses a USB connection, sorry, but you won't be able to use it on Dreamcast. If you need a dial-up ISP, go to Sega Lineand join the forums (you have to, to access them). Just go into the "Free Internet" forum and look in the post that has a little archive of UNI-DUNs (Universal Dial-Up Networks). You'll see it.
