Favorite Mario Kart race tracks?

From any Mario Kart game. By the way, do you prefer MK64 or Super Mario Kart? I'm definitely SMK all the way. MK64 is pretty good, but does not capture the flare and grace SMK provided.

SNES:

-Ghost Valley 1
-Pretty much 3/4 of the stages in this game! This was such a bad ass game.

Even though SMK was more "technical", MK64 is multiplayers heaven...
