Usually I would be cursing up a storm but for some reason I am a little bit happy that they are taking their time with this game to make it the best it can possibly be.

Sucks though that this was probably the only Xbox game I was going to get in the 4th quarter besides Splinter Cell.

This year hasn't really been a good year for Xbox with the exception of JGRF and Gun Valkrie.

That does suck, but I agree with you, if Sega wants to take their time and make it perfect then I'm all up for it.

I for one am usually happier when I hear about a game being pushed back.

I think it shows they may actually care about the game they are creating.

There have just been way too many games dumped on us over the last few years that still needed serious work to even be half ass.

It dosent help any when the magazines hype the crap out of games and get us all antsy when the realease is usually a year or so away.

YAY! from teamxbox.com message boards....

...Now, to squash some rumors.
First, no news about Rare, so nothing one way or the other.
But I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that MS is NOT buying Sega. Sega is doing some bytchin' stuff for all consoles, but what they're doing for Xbox is over and above, fer sure. Again, there's stuff I can't say, but Panzer isn't delayed and it looked freakin' phenominal. I saw a lot of games on $6000 widescreen plasma televisions, and Panzer was absolutely beautiful.
Brute Force and Xbox Live are also on track for their current release dates, so any news of their delay is erroneous...

SCORE!

Doesn't matter, a late game is late until it's released, a bad game is bad FOREVER. I'm hoping they're working on building the story even more, as I still originally wanted this to be another RPG like Saga. Perhaps it will encompass the best of both worlds. Kudos to Sega for taking their time with such a hallowed series. Wish Nintendo hadn't rushed Mario Sunshine.
Work on that camera assholes!
