This was Buffalo yesterday, where 6 feet of snow fell in 4 days (that's 2/3's of their average snowfall per year in 4 days).

Meanwhile, in Los Angeles it was 72 degrees yesterday.

"Weather? What's that?"
"That stuff on TV."
"Oh yeah!"

Yuck... that picture grossed me out (I really hate snow.)

There's been some snow here. It was not like Buffalo, thank goodness. However, it was bad enough- traffic at one point slowed down to like 55 feet per hour. My weather is currently complete filth. I'm sick of it already. Ohio's high moisture level is a fucking bitch in the winter.

If I were told to choose the weather between these two:
a) 20 degrees or colder with snow
b) 108 degrees and dry as hell

I'd take the latter. Sure, 108 degrees would leave me feeling as if someone was shoving a giant hair dryer in my face, totally soaked in sweat, and generally malodorous... but it's nothing a lukewarm shower can't fix, and it's better than the cold.

Enjoy your weather, Bobak. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> I wish I could move to Arizona myself.

edit- caught a closing parenthesis missing in first sentence

Man, that picture is pretty funny, but that weather sucks for them. We havent had any snow at all yet here in Jersey but we've had some pretty damn bad blizzards, and I can guarante we'll have some pretty bad snow sooner or later. Oh well, at least we have snow days for snow reserved.

Yea, I hate Winter as much as the next guy.

When you're a kid, it's cool, because winter spells sledding and snowball fights.

But once you're grown up and have to fight the shit everyday when you go to work. Well, that's just not cool.

I couldn't imagine living in LA, where the weather is nice, but it's practically the same all year 'round. Granted, it does cool off at night, but heat and fair weather ALL THE TIME just make me MaNiC...
