Gamepro's AMOA 2001 feature has a small picture of a game called Martial Masters. Looks to be a 2D fighter by company called "Andamiro". Anyone heard of this game? No more info is provided unfortunately.

Martial Masters is the English version of Xing-yi Quen aka Shiniiken, a Neo Geo like fighter for PGM developed by Taiwanese developer, IGS. I have some pics of the game on my site in the journal section. You'll have to go back a bit though.
