This guy ran an auction for Samurai Showdown American, and didnt state if it came with anything. The photo didnt load, I emailed to ask, and he said it was complete in good condition. I won the auction and paid $34.20 (not a cheap price for SS1) I got the cart only, with the stiker pealed half way, in a priority envelope with no protection AT ALL.
Iv emailed the seller about my displeased thoughts, Im now waiting for a $31.00 paypal refund. I will update this forum to state what he has done in reaction to my displeasure.

Thanks for posting that Dream. I saw at least one of that guy's auctions, but did not bid; I am kindof glad I did not now. I hope it all works out and you dont get screwed in the end.

The guy threatened to neg me, told me that he wouldnt do anything to make it better, and has 18 negs on his account already from customers he screwed. Told me he could have sent the cart with the label on it, instead if I dont like his packing method of JUST an envelope, and proceeded to tell me that I must have hacked ebay to get a feedback score of 1000+ because Im stupid.
What a prince among men. Ripped for $34.20 (cheaper lesson then some).

18 negatives and you bought from him? Shame on you, dude, you should know better by now . . . do your research first before you bid and you're less likely to see this kinda crap.

he sounds like he works for NGF, maybe he is a part tymer... either way, did you guys both end up leaving negative feedback or did you just break ties after getting screwed?

I didnt leave him any feedback, and he didnt do anything, the cart has been sitting on my desk since... I want to do something, but there is no point, Ill wait till the 89th day, at 10 minutes till the 90 days have expired and zap some feedback probably... if I still hate him enough, and am around to think about it.
