I have had enough. The lies are one thing but copyright infringment is another. This game is coming to home cart by SNK officially even NCS stated that they will have the 'official' SNK produced home cart. NGF is just a convertedMVS cart and I will now step in and also support anyone who is willing to get rid of you lyars. NGF is in the wrong. No matter how you slice it. You have no business selling a converted cartand trying to cut into SNK's sales by doing this. It's is 100% wrong and you know it.

You make it sound like an offical USA cart, when infact there never was, and never will be any offical USA release. You dont own the copywright, so you truly are infringing. If you sold the MVS, the Sac, and included free of charge the conversion, and art work, it might be legal. As it sits now it is infringment. Talka bout brass balls, and loosers all you want, it doesnt change reality at all. This time Im not going to bid, so unless you have some little NGF shill account to use (IM SURE YOU DO) the numbers wount be so impressive this time.

I have a bunch of points to make so far. First of all:

Derek: this isn't cutting into SNK's profits at all. Mr. Dakis/Ray here have to buy the MVS cart first to make this game, and SNK makes more profit on an MVS cart at $600 then a a home cart for $320. The only valid point is that this is cutting into the home cart sales of this game which could discourage future home cart releases. But there is two problems with this. NGF isn't going to sell enough of these to make a major dent. Most people aren't "big tymers" and won't spend $1500 on a game whether it's being offially released in 2 months time or not. How many of copies of this game do you think NGF will actually sell? And, at this point, future home cart releases are a lost hope, unless we start seeing pachinko home carts. (I'm personally waiting for SNK's next big release, King of Pachinko 2001). Also, the copyright infringement is a problem, but I don't see anyone in here bitching about Kurtz's Metal slug auction on ebay, which is also in violation...

DreamH2O: ask Jeff Kurtz for the same free stuff. I'm sure he'll get a good chuckle out of it.

Another thing you mention is that "You make it sound like an offical USA cart..." In fact, he clearly states it as official NGF cart. I agree, to a newbie out there is a good chance he will mistaken that for an offical SNK cart, but think about it for a minute. Who in their right mind is just going to arrive on any type of collectable scene and start making $1500 purchases without doing any research? The people who bid on this cart know what they're getting man. Anyone who just starts making uninformed $1500 purchases is begging to be ripped off anyways.

For the few people that can't wait for the cart, you're providing one helluva service, and I respect you for that. Someone has to publicly reognize you for that.

You actually believe NGF bought those MVS carts NEW from SNK? Better think again! They bought them used, SNK saw *NO* money from NGF buying those MVS carts, none at all, so them getting those carts STILL does not help SNK.

They are a bunch of lying crooks, and it is VERY unethical for them to be selling this game BEFORE release.

They can sell it, so what, but it is STILL against Ebay rules for them to sell the game there!

Even so, SNK still saw money from this conversion. And they saw more of it then they will with a home cart release. You guys make it sound like he's selling cdrs or something. And anyone who has the cash to dump on a $1500 NGF version on this game will probably pick up the original release too.

You're right though. It is against ebay rules and safe harbor will smack it down every time they put it up no matter how nicely worded it is.

Kurtz's Metal slug auction on ebay was at least honest about what he was selling so next to NGF operations it seemed like a amature topic when it surfaced while the insane KOF2000 auction was runnin.
It was reported and talked about thoe but how much can you do?

Same thing with people selling Roms and Emulators. They are reported and talked about.

Anyone who dumps $1500 for a NGF game doesnt knoe any better.
No such thing as a official NGF game if the in game plays with the SNK logo and trademarks.
