We all like Biden. We can never imagine what Biden's been doing these past 8 years. Why'd Biden get the medal? Biden cried btw. I would've too.

Did you watch the ceremony? Obama gave a 20 minute speech about Biden and then the aide read out the citation, both of which explain why he got it.
