Why didn't you take a picture of the whole board? We can't be sure of anything if you only show us 3 eproms.

Yes it's normal, don't panic. It's probably a cart SNK updated the 68k code on before it shipped.

That's the same board I got. I wonder what that cable is for...
Anyway, signs of legit EPROMs are stickers with NGH numbers on them and colored paint strips on some earlier games. The way they labeled these isn't universal. My Puzzle Bobble cart has the square NGH stickers on the side which don't obscure the window, my Samurai Shodown III cart has the color paint strips and my MOTW cart has the same ones as yours.

Cause I was using my cell phone. It's a POS. Couldn't get a clear pic of the whole thing.

If it would help I can post some better ones later.

I was wondering if that was legit, the solder on those wires is really clean. Doesn't look like someone just fixed it. But you never know.

Where is that board pic archive?

Also, what's the updated 68k Garou?
