Since I started going through and testing my games recently, I am having lots of issues. When I had a cabinet, everything always worked perfect.

Today I noticed with Pulstar that the screen like to go black a lot, and when I first power on the game my hdmi input screen pops up on my monitor. The intro will start as normal, with the girl running, then go completely black. I seem to be able to play the game fine, until I die. Then it seems to take forever for the screen to pop back up, and sometimes I die as soon as the screen does come on, because the game has already started.

I'm using a neo geo on a BenQ monitor, with an XRGB Mini, via RGB.

Is there anything I can do? Or am I going to have to keep buying T.V.'s until I find one that's not so picky? In the worst case, what is my best bet to find a television with HDMI that will work, besides a PVM?

Depending on the encoder, most likely a power related issue.

OK, I was getting some universe BIOS errors too for other games that Razoola said was either a dirty cart, or faulty PSU. Guess I should get a new one and see where it goes. Thanks.

For AES, the most common power problem is a dirty power inlet socket.
