backup ram error read 5555 write 1240

Hi guys,
gave me two mvs 1 slot and I am now analyzing the first , and as in the photo at first showed for a moment the ram color error and after a shutdown and power appears more and backup RAM read error 5555 write 1240 .
Surely this is some track interrupted between the ram 4 and ram 3 with 74hc32a chip.
There has happened a similar problem ? you know how to help me ?

mi hanno regalato due mvs 1 slot e ora sto analizzando la prima e come da foto a dapprima mostrato per un attimo il color ram error e dopo uno spegnimento ed accensione compare sempre backup ram error read 5555 write 1240.
Sicuramente si tratta di qualche pista interrotta tra la ram 4 e ram 3 con il chip 74hc32a.
Vi è successo un problema simile? sapete come aiutarmi?

The backup ram error might be related to the 74HC32 and/or the NEC4990.

I had one MV1FZ with the same error.
I swapped both rams and the issue persisted.

I then replaced both IC on the Backup region and the problem was solved.
