What bios variant is this? Something new?

I have found this bios in a 4 slot, just wondering if it's the normal us v1 or if it's an undumped version?
It says version 0 when opened in a hex editor and byteswapped, romident doesnt know it either.

Would need to see a dump to know. The information in your picture however does not relate to the revision number on the bios.

If romident doesn't know what it is I'm guessing Pacific.
