Keeping your Ranking Scores!!

I know this is kinda odd for me to think of this now considering how long i've had my Neo but here's my question. One thing I enjoy doing is going back on my Neo games like Shooters or Fighters, ect ect and beating my old records. Now for a person who owns an MVS system it keeps records of your games and whatnot on a Battery that is on the board. Now I would like to know is that was there ever a battery on the home console system for keeping your high scores permanetly or is it that someone at SNK decided to revoke from the home model board. Just food for thought.....

Uhhh I never thought of that before, maybe it was the fact that SNK thought up the little device called a MEMORY CARD...but anyways....it's just food for thought...

Yes I did try to see if it kept anything with your memory card but it doesn't keep records on anything EXPECT KoF 98 where you can load your old Survival Mode scores from the card. Now why didn't SNK do that with all their games I'll never know.... Just Food for Thought....

Yeah, you can do that in KOF'97 too, for both score and time modes.
